The company is focusing on an additional solution - Avon consultants will have the opportunity to set up their own franchise stores . Will this strategy work?
Avon tries to adapt to the dynamically changing beauty industry. The next step in development is to expand sales channels to include Rossmann. Avon perfumes and cosmetics will be distributed to 500 drugstores in Poland in order to increase brand recognition and acquire new customers.
